IT administrators at Sundbybergs Municipality couldn’t keep pace with requests to change users and groups in Active Directory (AD) because of the complex nature of their native tool. Rolling out Active Roles, assisted by our partner, Knowledge Factory, gave the municipality the ability to automate and streamline access management processes.
