Active Roles Virtual Attribute Sync Service

If you have recently created some VA's, a restart of the Sync Service service should do the trick. If not, I'd verify that the connector for the Source and Target connections are set to One Identity Active Roles and not Microsoft Active Directory.

Thanks for the solution. The issue was that one of the Target connections was incorrectly set to Microsoft AD and not One Identity Active Roles.

What if nothing of this work? I have restarted the services, also the IIS but I cannot see the VA on the list of attributes of the sync workflow. I am able to see another VA that I created.

Both are for groups

Any ideas?

If you have restarted the Sync Service itself and the attribute is not showing up in the attribute list for mapping attributes, then I would suggest you open a Support ticket.
