hello ARS experts
This is the first time I've used this channel.... I hope i knock to the right door.
I want to limit the support team's view in their ARS 8.1.3 SP1 portal to only disabled Azure Guest accounts.
I can use
- Managed Units to limit view, but I can't access the Azure Guest account information (first and last name + email + owner) and I can't see the enable/disable option.
- Azure part: I don't know how to see only the Azure guest accounts part filtered on disabled ones in the ARS portal and associate ARS delegation to it.
Another topic I need to handle...the Azure admin set the Azure Guest custom attribute to store the owner of the Azure Guest account...I would like to retrieve it in order to display the value in the ARS web portal for allow the support team to authorize activation only if the request comes from the Guest account owner
