Hello Everyone,
Currently, we would like to use the loadbalancer AWS (ALB) with our 2 ARS server in Version 8.2 SP6.
We have follow the KB 4375673 and we encounter different behaviors.
We try to stop ARS Service or IIS and when we refresh the page, we found this error message on the webpage.
An error occurred during the last operation.
Error: The system cannot find the path specified.
- Go to the previous page
- Go to the Home page
- Look for solution
After this message, we need to start new browser, log in to Entra login page to find ARS webpage and verify that we are indeed on the second server.
After verification, we are indeend on the second server.
We have check web.config, the AWS cfg and IIS config.
Do you have any tips about this issues.
