Introducing One Identity Manager 10.0

With so many applications and user accounts to govern and manage, IGA is often a headache that keeps you up at night and plagues your organization with unused or less-used credentials that put your company at risk. One Identity Manager release 10.0 offers new value to make your job easier, your identity landscape safer and provides the flexibility you need to support your business as it grows and evolves.

Risk management

Identity Manager now allows you to process both internal and external risk scores for a holistic view of all data. This aggregation of risk scores enables you to make more informed decisions, strengthen your security posture and execute a more accurate threat response.

On the topic of threat response, you can also now use Identity Manager to create and apply custom Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) playbooks to identify and respond to policy violations. This dramatically enhances your ability to protect your environment and recover quickly using automated workflows and communication.

Behavioral driven governance

Behavior driven governance enables you to use access behavior to inform and automate governance decisions. Now, Identity Manager supports Entra ID BDG at the application level to increase the enforcement of the Zero Trust principle of Least Privilege by tracking user application access and entitlements, identifying unused or infrequently used access rights, and recommending or automating the removal of these unnecessary entitlements. In addition to the security benefits, this feature can also help reduce licensing costs.

To further enhance your drive for more accurate access and compliance decisions and more informed separation of duties, Identity Manager now imports aggregated SAP transaction usage data. This capability also helps you identify unused profiles which can help reduce SAP license costs.

User experience

You spoke, we listened. The new, modern Identity Manager web interface provides the same functionality as the traditional interface without requiring local installation. This new, easier to use application can be accessed from anywhere, providing a unified, seamless experience across all platforms. This new UI also provides core synchronization functionality between third-party systems and allows you to create, edit and monitor schedules for automated tasks to streamline operations and take some of the burden of the day-to-day and repetitive actions off your hands.

Artificial Intelligence

AI is all we hear about today. Identity Manager allows you to take the next step in your IGA AI journey, providing optional AI-assisted reporting to simplify Identity Manager exploration using natural language. Using customers’ own Open AI LLM, this new capability allows validated, read-only queries without SQL for faster insights to support your compliance audits or other analyses.

Integrations

Identity Manager now provides standards-compliant implementation of syslog message formatting for CEF logs for improved compatibility with a wider range of syslog servers and SIEM tools. This eliminates the need for legacy configuration, such as BSD mode, providing better reliability and conforming to best practices. This implementation ensures compliance with industry standards RFC3164 (BSD Syslog) and RFC5424 (Syslog)
