Each year, we (One Identity) participate in the Gartner Identity and Access Management Summit. Of course we do, we’re an IAM vendor and would be foolish to skip this event. I love the valuable sessions and insight from Gartner, the interaction with other IAM vendors and many of our customers that stop by our booth, and of course I enjoy the hospitality suites that always promise good food and drink along with some top-notch entertainment. But for me, the best part of the IAM Summit, is our solution provider session.

I love our session, not because it’s a privilege to be able to present our view of IAM to the audience (which of course it is), but because it’s a chance to hear how real world organizations have solved real world IAM challenges and to learn from what they did right and what they could have done better.

This year is no different.

Join us on Tuesday, November 28th at 10:45 AM in the Augustus III room on the Emperors Level of Caesar’s Palace, where I’ll moderate a panel discussion titled How IAM Gets Done Right – A Pragmatic and Dramatic View from the Trenches. Highlights of the session will include:

  • An update from Sky Broadcasting on the progress of their award-winning IAM program
  • We’ll check in with Ulta Beauty to see how their identity administration program has grown and improved since implementation

And of course we’ll discuss what worked, but maybe even more important, what didn’t work, and what these IAM leaders would do differently given a second chance. I’ll be asking the questions, but you will be benefitting from the answers.

I hope to see you there.
