Post Defender Desktop login 6.4.1 upgrade on Windows core machine(DC), login did not work

Our company uses DC on a Windows core system, and DC was running an outdated version of Defender Desktop login(6.1). After upgrading to version 6.4.1, we are unable to connect to the DC; instead, it is disconnecting in around 1 minute after providing the passcode.
