I would like to use the collection Emails for Approvers on New Orders and Reminders, because sometimes employees order more then 10 Products in one shopping cart. The Reminders are defined to 4 h, so the Approver gets 10 Emails in the beginning and then every 4 hours another 10 Emails.
if I use the Parameter: RequestApproverByCollection , and also set the Scheduler to e.g. 4h, the Approver gets a reminder every 4h. Thats very good and would resolve the issue. But the problem is on new Orders, the collection Email process for new Order is the same as for Reminder and can take up to 4h in my case until the Approver see it the first time.
Does anyone use this Parameter and how did you solve this issue?
