Why Multi-request resource for IT Shop gets state Unsubsribed?

We've created Multi-request resource for IT Shop. After request is granted by the manager it gets state "Unsubscribe"? How to get state "OrderGranted"?

The figure shows that the request goes from 'OrderProduct' to 'Assigned' to 'Unsubscribed'
