DBQueue not getting any process

Hi Adrian,

It sounds like triggers have been disabled on your database.

You can verify this in SQL Server Studio ..... choose any of the 1IM tables and look at the Triggers folder. If the icons have a red arrow pointing down they are disabled.

You can re-enable all triggers using this command:

exec QBM_PTriggerEnable '%','%'

You were right, triggers were disabled and the command worked but still no processes are appearing there.

Also, I would appreciate if you can tell me what is the reason that led me to that problem.

It's nigh on impossible to say what caused it .... I have noticed it can happen sometimes when you are doing a schema extension and for some reason the process does not complete cleanly.

And as Trevor Pike says, if you're still not seeing items in the DBQueue check your SQLAgent is running and check the state of the DBQueue slots (Jobs) in Server Studio.

The SQL Agent is running and I just restarted it just in case.

Try to follow the steps in the troubleshooting section DBQueue Processor does not process tasks of the installation guide.

I checked the DBQueue slots history and state in Server Studio and I think they are working fine.

Trying to follow your advice Markus, I am getting this error message when I execute this query:

You do not have enough permissions on the SQL server to execute the queries as they have been created by a different user.

I executed the steps in the troubleshooting section of the installation guide with an account with sufficient permissions and getting no errors. After it, I saw a couple of DBqueue jobs (Start schedules(Configuration) was one of them I think), but I can't see a lot of them as previously I used to see on JobQueueInfo.

You can check the database journal in JobQueue Info. But it seems your system is working now.
