Markus is correct that these have been answered in the other threads, however to summarize both here:

Q. How to update custom logo in Reports
A-1. In version 8.0, open Designer and update the image under "Base Data" | "General" | "Large Images" | "ReportHeaderLeft".
A-2. For really old versions where this can't be edited, add a new Large Image called "ReportHeaderCustom"

Q. How to update Web Browser Title?
A. In the Web Designer, search for, and copy "VI_FormTemplate_FullScreen" and "QBM_FormTemplate_Base" for the parameter "Title" and change it. For example, replace "%PRODUCTNAME%" with whatever you want.
