Starling Connector with ServiceNow

Hi IM experts,

We followed the administration guide for Starling connector (support.oneidentity.com/.../administration-guide-for-connecting-to-starling-connect-using-starling-connect-connector) and tried to connect to ServiceNow which is configured in Starling Connect. The configuration from the Connect to System Wizard went well. However when we tried to browse target system objects from the "Browse" in "Target System", it works very slowly for "Group" (almost 30 minutes for returning 1400 records) and it hanged infinitely at "User". Any idea to check and resolve the issue?

We tried deleting and re-creating different Starling Connectors using different project templates at the last step in the wizard (SCIM, Starling connect and even blank template) but it does not help, all got stuck at "User". Any suggestions are appreciated, thank you.
