Hello
I have an Azure Free Account and I am trying to proceed with the One Identity Manager 9.1 Installation with an Azure SQL Database Server having an Azure SQL Database (single) created in Portal Azure.
During the installation the process stopped and the Message appears "Database is in 'Initialmigration' State. The Configuration Wizard cannot be run.".
Does anyone has a similar problem?
Why did that happen and how can I solve this?
Moreover, I got a user from the Azure Portal but it seems that I do not have the same permissions as I would have with a user in a On-Prem Solution.
Does it make sense to delete and recreate the Database or is there another possibility to solve?
