Log Frozen Job to Windows Eventlog without 'Send Mail'

Hi all,

We are currently logging our frozen jobs to the Windows event log. This is important for us, because we have set up a monitor on it, which generates an ITSM ticket in case of frozen jobs.

To execute the process step 'Log to Eventlog', the process step 'Send Mail Frozen Jobs detect' must be executed first.
For this we currently have a custom parameter in the field 'Address' in the step 'Send Mail Frozen Jobs detect', which contains a number of email addresses.

Now we want to disable the email notification completely, but still write the frozen jobs to the Windows event log. How can we achieve this?
