Error while installing Application Server

From where did you start the autorun.exe to start the installer (local/network, deep folder structure)?

Do you have AutoUpdate enabled in the OneIM database and are you having all binaries uploaded to the database? Both options should be true by default but just checking.

We started 'autorun.exe' from a local folder on the server in question. 

The other two questions can be answered with yes.

With the previous updates, the installations for the application server were our smallest problem - hence the question of what may have changed here between the versions that we may have overlooked.

At least nothing that I am aware of has changed. I have never seen this issue before. You might want to contact support.

The inquiry to the support has brought the solution to our problem. In our case WebView2 was missing.

After we installed it, the installation of the application server worked.
