Why is a custom report empty when scheduled but filled when downloaded on the spot?

Hi there,

One Identity - Identity Manager 8.2.

I created a custom report with the report editor. My problem is: when I try to download the report from web portal clicking on "Get the report now", everything works great (see next two pictures):

On the opposite, when I receive the report via e-mail when scheduled, I receive an empty report (same user, obviously):

This is the report definition (definetely not easy to read):

What did I do wrong?

Did you check the UID_Person of the RPSSubscription process step creating the report? Is it the same as your "current" UID_Person used in the WebPortal?

I precisely want the report to be generated looking at 08100160

The only difference I can see to some of the default reports using the calculated UID_Person is that the parameter is marked as "Show in parameter subsets" But that's it.

I tried right now to change that value to "yes", but it is still empty. What could I do?

Just for debugging. Can you add the content of the UID_Person variable to the report or into a copy (not in a databand) and check that the value in both cases?
