is there OOTB way to switch the mailbox type for Remote mailboxes? We have scenario where we need to change mailbox type from User to Shared. I came across the KB 4266330 but I couldn't find the solution - has this been implemented and if so, how can I manage this? Option "RecipientTypeDetails" is grayed out after initial setup.
We have Hybrid Exchange setup in version 9.2.2.
Otherwise we will do it using PowerShell.
