DB Queue Processor Stuck on some processes

Hey Everyone I have OIM 9.3

Right now I noticed the DB Queue we have is having ton of processes that are trying to process for almost a week now and nothing has ever processed from it.

I also noticed that this is making every other process getting stuck from its scheduled date.

I tried to: Disable DBQueue Processor from Emergency stop / Restarting SQL Agent from DB Servers however everything seems normal there / Reinstalling the Job-Queue service.

    Hey there sorry I didn't update the thread.

    So for that issue I didn't actually come across an easy or (basic solution) for it 
    I checked lots of tables regarding the DB Queue and tried lots of workarounds however it didn't resolve the issue 

    The only thing that worked for me is to Update the Database from the Configuration Wizard.
    Just update the Database and it'll work fine after that.

    But of course get a backup first before updating the Database just in case anything happens.
