Options parse error

Every 5 minutes we recieve the following error message:

Options parse error
	at VI.CommonDialogs.AutoUpdateComponent._Tick(Object state)
	at VI.Update.UpdateHandler.CheckForUpdates()
	at VI.Update.NextVersionUpdateController.CheckForUpdates()
	at VI.Update.NextVersionUpdateController._RunUpdate(IEnumerable`1 arguments, Boolean waitForExit)

[1218004] Either you have connected to an old database or to a database that is not correctly configured.
	at VI.CommonDialogs.AutoUpdateComponent._Tick(Object state)
	at VI.Update.UpdateHandler.CheckForUpdates()

It's a Terminal server with only the tools installed.

We're using Identity Manager 9.3.1.
