Expansion of the SPS Critical Infrastructure Program

Due to popular demand we are expanding the SPS Critical Infrastructure Program to include all organizations even if they aren’t considered critical infrastructure.  The offer has also been updated to include the entire Safeguard Security Bundle. The goal would be to have customers start with sessions as that provides them with an added layer of protection quickly while they are still trying to adjust to this new way of working. Then after they have sessions up and running they can move onto analytics and vaulting if they wish. Below you will find some new resources for the program. Case study:

National franchisor needed to audit franchisee owners’ remote access to their network due to COVID-19 crisis    

A national franchisor had 250 independent franchises that normally connect to some of the franchisor’s back-end systems through the franchisees on-premise network. When the COVID-19 pandemic required the franchisees to send some employees to work from home they no longer had access to the corporate systems they needed. The franchisor could provide the franchises with remote access using their existing remote access solution, but the security team insisted that any remote access to these systems be audited. Luckily the franchisor had previously purchased an ELA of Safeguard for Privileged Sessions (SPS). With a couple of modifications, the franchisor provided the 250 franchisees with remote access to a Citrix VDI desktop. Those desktops had pre-configured RDP connections to the resources they needed access to. The RDP connections were made through SPS fulfilling the requirement for auditing and ensuring the franchisees could continue business operations. The franchisor stated that SPS was a lifesaver for them during this crisis!

Since SPS works with organizations' existing remote access solutions and doesn’t require a vault to be installed in order for it to operate. SPS can quickly and easily add additional security and control by monitoring and auditing your existing remote access environment.
