Making entering Password Manager details Mandatory

Question

Hi, 
 Is is possible to make the Password Manager details screen automatically pop up for completion for users who have no data stored against them. The business wish to make this mandatory that users enter this information.

Hi, 
 This can be achieved by using the Secure Password Extension (SPE) that gets installed on the client machines. The SPE can be configured to pop up and remind users to register or update their profiles. 
 To properly achieve this you will have to install the GPO Administrative Template on a Domain Controller, configure the GPO settings accordingly and link the GPO to the appropriate users/computers.

 You will also have to configure the option to Invite and also Remind Users to register. There are a few options for the number of attempts and what to do if users fail to register. This can be found here:
