Is it ok to delete strg00000xxxx?

Question

Hello All, We are doing a cleanup of our domain and see around 900 of these accounts. 
 https://support.oneidentity.com/password-manager/kb/4323042/what-is-the-purpose-of-the-ad-objects-strg00000xxxx 
 Is there a document someone can provide on how to clean this up? I want to make sure there is no repercussions of deleting these.

These accounts are used for Password Manager Replication. If you delete them Password Manager will re-create them within 5-10 minutes. 
 It is possible to increase the amount of data stored in each object so that you have less of them, but they are needed.
