End of Life for Safeguard 2000 Physical Boxes?

Hello Experts,

When's end of Life for Safeguard 2000 Physical Boxes? We want to refresh our environment but analyzing options to make it future proof. is it recommended to move to new Safeguard 3000 boxes?

    Hello Osman,

    The 3000 series hardware is supported until Aug 31, 2026 and is currently the most recent hardware available for the product. 

    There are efforts in place to get a new generation of hardware launched but I do not have an exact date at this time. An announcement should be coming in the near future. 

    Technically the 2000s series did go out of support on June 30, 2022 however a decision was made to continue supporting it until the next generation of hardware is available. Once the new hardware is available I would expect some additional information will be available at that time around migrations and other options. Your account manager will have those details when they are available.
