SPS DNS Resolution Issue for New Domain Despite Adding DNS Server

I’m using One Identity PAM with both SPP and SPS components. I recently added a new domain () to the environment. SPP can successfully discover servers and accounts from the new domain, but SPS is unable to resolve the FQDNs of those servers.

Here’s what I’ve done so far:

  • Added the new domain’s DNS suffix ) under Global DNS Suffixes.

  • Added the DNS server for the new domain in SPS > Basic Settings > Network > Naming, using the Secondary DNS server field.

  • The Primary DNS is for our existing domain  and works fine.

  • Performed DNS resolution tests in SPS using the Troubleshooting > Name Resolution tool, but names from the domain still fail to resolve.

Question:
What else should I check or configure in SPS to ensure it can resolve server names from multiple domains using different DNS servers?

Any help or guidance is appreciated.
