BIG-IP APM Portal Access

We are using BIG‑IP APM Portal Access as a landing page for external vendors. From this portal, vendors click a link that redirects them to our Safeguard portal to log in and request access. However, once they reach the Safeguard login page, the page attempts to load indefinitely.

At this time:

  • The BIG‑IP APM landing page loads correctly.
  • The redirect to the Safeguard portal is successful.
  • Safeguard’s login page remains stuck in a continuous loading state.

This behavior only occurs when accessing Safeguard through the APM portal. Direct access works as expected.

    One setting that might impact this can be found under Appliance Management → External Integration → Trusted Servers, CORS and Redirects.

    You can try adding a wildcard (*) in the Allowed Hosts field and/or enabling the Trust Forwarded Headers option.
