Safeguard with SAP Firefighter access

Hi all.

Have you done any integrations with Safeguard for SAP firefighter access? Can you share any best practices involved like audit policies, content policies and other helpful tips?

Is there a way to open SAP GUI and/or CLI only instead of RDP so the user can access?

    I have not done this yet but you can find useful information about it in this year Unite Deep Dive where they talked a bout exactly this concept. You can find it here:

    Access UNITE Presentation Library

    Look under Deep Dives: Cross-system Firefighter concept for emergency access management. The demo is missing from the presentation. You could ask the presenters, i am sure they will provide the missing demo files.

    Regarding SAP GUI, you can publish the app on Remote Desktop Services server. Its still RDP session, but you only expose the SAP GUI to the user, not the whole desktop.
