We have configure the connector in our dev env and whenever we make an update of add a new user , the connector runs a full sync of the users and then starts provisioning the data , anmy idea what could be wrong with the configuration.

I got the same question and it takes 3 hours for me to update a user. Appreciate if Starling experts can look into this
