Dears,

I have just a small query i want to perform vulnerability scan and penetrating testing to TPAM. is it safe to do or it will impact any system?

It will hot harm the TPAM appliance, however, you may get limited results, because of the security hardening. TPAM is configured to block most ports and most external communication that is not required for operation.
