Before joining One Identity, Gihan spent eight years at Smartsheet, progressing to the Senior Leadership team, where he guided international teams through rapid growth as the company scaled into a publicly traded enterprise software business. Prior to Smartsheet, he co-founded Converse.AI, serving as Chief Technology Officer and pioneering automated conversational workflow technology. He also held senior engineering leadership roles at Flexiant, EMEA’s first cloud provider, leading the engineering organization delivering cloud infrastructure solutions at scale. 

Ganesh Bell is a former software builder, operator, and CEO turned investor — now Managing Director at Insight Partners, a leading multi-stage technology investor with over $90 billion in assets under management, where he leads applied AI & deep tech investments.

The entire technology stack — from chips and data centers to middleware and applications — is being rebuilt for AI. Ganesh calls this "The Next Stack."
