Here are a few key findings from the survey to get you started.
When asked: “What were the top impacts of the last year on your organization’s identity management team?” results included:
- Azure Active Directory users reported slightly more challenges than on-prem AD users
- 48 percent of IT professionals stated that the importance of provisioning and deprovisioning of AD/AAD increased in the past 12 months
- 60 percent reported more confidence in the security and management of privileged accounts due to COVID-related efforts
About the One Identity Global Survey 2020
The One Identity Global Survey 2020 consisted of an online survey conducted by Dimensional Research of IT professionals at midsize or large organizations, whose role includes security responsibilities. A total of 1,216 individuals from the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Benelux, Nordics, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong completed the survey. Responses were captured between Aug. 20 and Sept. 3, 2020.
