Scott Crawford is Research Director of the Information Security practice at 451 Research, where he leads coverage of emerging trends, innovation and disruption in the information security market. Scott is the former CISO of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization’s International Data Centre in Vienna, Austria, where he pioneered security initiatives for an NGO serving more than 150 nations. He has served in IT and security technology roles at the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research, with Emerson, and as a security strategist at IBM with a primary focus on security intelligence.
John Milburn is One Identity’s President and General Manager. He is responsible for product direction for all solutions supporting IAM. Prior to One Identity, John served in various roles at Dell and Quest Software, including vice president of system consultants in North America.
He has more than 17 years of experience in Microsoft-focused corporate IT environments. Before joining Quest Software in 1999, John worked on WINtel architecture for Bank of America. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Southern Methodist University, and a master’s degree in information sciences from the University of Texas.
Jackson Shaw is Senior Director of Product Management for One Identity’s Identity and Access Management product line. Prior to One Identity, Jackson was an integral member of Microsoft’s Identity & Access Management product management team within the Windows Server Marketing group at Microsoft. While at Microsoft he was responsible for product planning and marketing around Microsoft’s identity & access management products including Active Directory and Microsoft Identity Manager.
Jackson began his identity management career as an early employee at Toronto-based Zoomit Corp., the pioneer in the development of meta-directory products who Microsoft acquired in 1999.
Jackson has been involved in directory, meta-directory and security initiatives and products since 1988. He studied computer science and management information systems at the University of Ottawa. Patrick Hunter’s IAM knowledge stems from over 25 years of working with many organizations with the last ten years focused on helping One Identity customers to implement secure IAM solutions.
Patrick, who leads One Identity’s Pre-Sales team in EMEA, knows about the cost, time and complexity challenges faced by today’s enterprises as they strive for efficiency, security and compliance.
Alex Binotto is the Senior Product Manager for One Identity’s identity management products. Alex is responsible for the product management, strategy and enablement for Identity Manager and Identity Manager – Data Governance Edition. Alex has help evolve One Identity’s market-leading identity governance product line. Prior to joining One Identity, Alex was at Dell Security, and also spent 18 months at CA as a senior solution strategist in their Security Solutions group. Plus, he has worked 15-plus years with Quest Software, working in many areas, including pre-sales engineering, Exchange migration consulting and product management.
Matthias Bauer is the Senior Manager of Product Development for Identity Manager. Prior to One Identity, Matthias was at Dell Security and Quest, and was vice president of Development of Voelcker Informatik AG (acquired by Quest in 2010), where he was responsible for the product development and analyst relations.
He studied electrical engineering at Germany’s first elite university at Karlsruhe.
Paul Walker, solutions architect, has more than two decades of security experience, over 16 years in IAM. Paul’s responsibilities includes helping customers address solving business challenges with the One Identity suite of products.
With more than 15 years in the IT software industry, Tyler Reese is extremely familiar with the rapidly evolving IAM challenges.
Currently, he is a product manager for the Privilege Account Management portfolio where his responsibilities include evaluating market trends and competition, setting the direction for the product line — and ultimately, meeting the needs of end users.
His professional experience ranges from consulting for One Identity’s largest PAM customers to being a systems architect of a large company.
Bill Evans is the senior director of marketing for One Identity, a Quest Software business. In this role, Bill drives the strategic direction for the team which includes setting product and solution positioning, creating the global direction for demand gen and budget management, marketing analytics, analyst relations, trade shows and field events, press relations, partner marketing, and sales enablement
Prior to his current role, Bill served as product marketing director for Dell’s Windows and SharePoint businesses as well as general manager of the SharePoint and Notes transition business unit at Quest Software. He joined Quest in 2004 with the acquisition of Aelita Software.
Andy Vallila is the Vice President and General Manager for One Identity Americas. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all go-to-market functions for the One Identity portfolio of modular and integrated Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
Andy joined One Identity in 2014, having formerly lead cyber security-focused sales teams for two industry-leading technology firms for more than ten years. His career in technology spans more than 20 years. Prior to that, Andy held various technology leadership positions for three Fortune 500 companies.
He has a Bachelor’s degree from Fairfield University and a Master’s degree from Seton Hall University.
Adrianne Ward is the Director of Pre-Sales for North America. Providing leadership and guidance to her team, customers and partners on the IAM solutions One Identity provides. This includes understanding of customer issues and vision, education, presentations on solutions, value proposition, and technical effectiveness and fit. Adrianne leads a team that can look at business problems and translate those in technical programs that organizations can move forward on and see value in long term.
Adrianne is a versatile individual that has a depth of knowledge in security and governance that been derived from 20 years’ experience working with a variety of customers in various facets of organizations. She understands the strategic vision and programs that have to be put in place to achieve a highly effective security and governance solutions that can be integrated into the core business value for companies.
Joe Campbell is Principal Security Advisor at One Identity. He is an accomplished software developer with an extremely diverse background. His professional career spans innovations for some of the world’s biggest companies, and he’s pioneered new, award-winning technologies in wireless, RFID, visualization, communications and telephony. As a trusted security advisor, his unmatched experience in security and software architecture makes him a highly-respected visionary and leader in the technology industry.
Terry’s mission at One Identity is Customer Success leveraging One Identity’s ecosystem of Certified Services Partners. His career in technology spans more than 20 years in services, sales, support and operations worldwide. He has been with the Quest Software for over 7 years. Previously, Terry was the CEO and Co-Founder of Austin based virtualization startup Inovawave. He also held Vice President positions at Quest Software, Surgient Inc., Octave Software and Vice President & GM positions at Vignette Corporation and IBM/Tivoli. He started his career as a systems consultant with EDS.
Terry holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. He enjoys cricket, golf, running marathons and supporting several charity projects around the world.
Josh Lewis leads the One Identity channels and alliances team for North America. His primary mission is to help business partners leverage One Identity solutions for greater customer success. Earlier this year, Josh helped launch One Identity’s new Partner Program, One Identity Partner Circle, which was developed specifically for business partners working in the IAM marketplace. He brings to the role over 30 years’ experience in sales, marketing and channel sales leadership and a passion for building strong partner ecosystems.
Pradeep Bhoj has a strong mix of technology and business background. He has over twenty years of software industry experience, including ten years in identity and access management. He has held roles in software solutions and product management, professional services, and product development.
Pradeep joined One Identity about two years back, and is currently a solutions architect for Identity Manager, focusing on attestation and compliance. Prior to this, he led a software startup offering a cloud identity solution for software-as-a-service applications. Previously, he held product management roles at Oracle, where he was responsible for user provisioning, attestation and compliance components of Oracle Identity Manager, as well as at startups. Earlier in his career, he held software development roles at Sterling Software and AT&T Bell Labs.
Pradeep holds master’s degrees in computer science from Indiana University Bloomington in Indiana, and Indian Institute of Technology Madras in India, as well as a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Bangalore University in India.
Dan Peterson has been in the software development industry for more than 18 years and spent the last 13 focused on privileged access management technologies. Currently Dan is the lead architect for the One Identity Safeguard privileged management solutions. In his role, Dan is responsible for setting the technology direction and ensuring the security posture of One Identity Safeguard. Dan holds a computer science degree from Brigham Young University.
Rene Head leads the North America Professional Services team, driving the services ecosystem with One Identity customers and partners. He has been in technology services and identity management for more than 25 years, and joined Quest Software in 2016. Rene experience includes leadership roles for technical and consultative implementation teams with Cognizant, Hewlett-Packard, and Unisys Corp. He was commissioned in the United States Air Force in 1989 and is a graduate of Texas A&M, where he graduated with honors with a baccalaureate in Computer Science & Accounting.
George Cerbone is Principal Security Advisor at One Identity. George has spent more than 20 years in the IT industry, both as a customer and a vendor. His diverse background includes systems management, development, and program management, which gives him a unique perspective and insight into customer problems. In his current role, he works with customers ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 global corporations. George holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and an MBA in Finance.
Melanie Kacerek is the director of Intellectual Property at Quest Software (a sister company to One Identity). She started at Quest in R&D, initially managing quality control and documentation. Melanie’s experience with sales, customers, and programmers combined with her passion for protecting IP gives her a unique ability to explain rules and regulations in terms that make sense to each department. Along with her IP projects, she works on compliance, primarily in areas related to R&D, including: data protection and privacy, export control, third party licensing, and Section 508. Melanie has a Bachelor’s degree from University of Virginia.
With nearly 20 years of deploying Identity and Access Management solutions, Ward has held a number of roles, including developer, architect, project manager and practice manager. He has worked with hundreds of customers around the world ranging up to Fortune 100 level, advising and consulting with them to help deploy and get the most out of the identity management systems.
