Executive Brief: Global Survey Results 2020 – Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) for the New Computing Normal

Executive Brief: Global Survey Results 2020 – Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)...

It’s been a challenging year for sure. To get a sense of how the sudden switch to remote-working has impacted the IT industry, particularly in the info-security, and identity governance and administration (IGA) sectors, that’s where we focused our annual survey questions. Read our executive summary to see the highlights and compare how well your organization transitioned and how prepared you are to return to the new version of normal. Here’s a taste of what we learned:

Everyone transitioned to work away from the office; but most said it was not smooth

  • Ninety-nine percent of respondents’ orgs transitioned to remotework because of COVID

  • Only a little over a third (36%) described the transition as “smooth”

  • A little less than one in ten (9%) described the transition as “painful”
