Workflow Issue - Only the first item gets triggered

Question

I'd like to get muliple objects added to on group and have the same objected get removed from another group, but only the first item will get triggered. I tried to follow the previous forum, but it seems the option to add "Distinguished Name of Found" for the condition in the "IF-ELSE" branch is missing in 7.5. Can someone please update these instructions? The closest one I found was "Distinguished Name of Added Member", but that doesn't seem to work.

 This workaround still functions properly. 
 I was able to add the conditional in the IF-ELSE branch successfully. It is under: 
 Object identified by DN-value rule expression | Add entry | Property of object from Workflow data context 
 Under "Target Object" click to choose | More Choices | Found Object 
 Under "Target Property" click to choose | More Choices | Distinguished Name
