Active Roles searchbox in Web UI

I'm trying to create a search box in the WebUI to populate a Virtual Attribute the login ID from another AD account (almost like a virtual manager or similar).

Any ideas?

ARS 7.2 WI provides ability to create ldap search (including VA) and store it in the user profile.

If you make the syntax of your VA a DN (distinguishedname), the web UI will automatically provide you a search box when editing the VA. You can then also set various defaults when you are adding the new attribute to the Web UI during customization.
