  • Are you referring to the General Properties form for user objects? It is fairly easy to add the 'middle name' attribute to the General Properties form for the Help Desk web interface. The below steps would be for versions 7.x.

    If you browse to the form you want to customize (General Properties) as someone who is an Active Roles Administrator, you should see a Customize link in the upper right corner of the form. Once you click on it, select Add Entry -> Create and find the Middle Name attribute in the list. Select it and provide an Entry name for it on the next screen and this should be about it. You can then move the attribute up in the list of attributes to where you would like it to be displayed. Once done, make sure to Click Save and then Reload (at the top).
