Need to extend calendar for ARS online

Hello All

While we are extending users from AD- we are getting years only till 2020. calender is not showing for further date. can anybody please advise how can i extend that.

this is for online ARS- Means when Support team accessing through the Portal not through the MMC.

Hello,

It's a known issue in ARS 6.9 and it won't be fixed for this version since it's not supported anymore.

Any others known issue with 6.9?????- i need to show to the Managment so that i can conveynce them to update this ASAP.

You have a version of the product in production that is UNSUPPORTED. If anything breaks because of a Microsoft update for example, you are completely out of luck. Is that not enough for your management?
