an error occurred during this operation

Hi,

We are using ARS 7.4 in our company and when I try to unlock my account, I'm getting this message that says "an error occurred during this operation. For details, see the error description below and it says check this box to continue but i did check it. Other option it says was to look for solution but it only direct me to the community or kb articles which is no luck. I tried using different browsers but same problem.

Just a couple of questions for you:

Does this occur for all user accounts, or just this one?

Can you confirm if the user account being unlocked has an adminCount value of 1?

Can you confirm if your ARS Administration Service (or managed domain override account) is running with Domain Admin Permissions?
