Complete beginner with Active Roles here, with what might be a dumb question. Trying to set up a WorkFlow for deprovisioning but am stuck.
The scenario is this:
- Environment is AD
- Some users have two accounts (1xnormal and 1x admin)
- The Admin accounts are named so as to be obvious that they are admin accounts (eg name is A-xxx)
- The Admin account for a user will have the same Employee ID as the Normal account.
So, what I am trying to do is while deprovisioning the User, have the workflow search for an account that has the same Employee ID and has a name starting "A-" so that the admin account can also be deprovisioned at the same time.
Is this possible? I haven't been able to find a way to make the Workflow search stage look for attributes in a different account
