In what tool are you thinking about running the report?
Quest's Enterprise Reporter is able to collect and report on the contents of virtual attributes.
Or are you thinking about doing this with just Powershell?
i originally setup SQL Server Reporting Services
Ah OK...
You will need to use the Active Roles Collector to collect your data.
Since you installed SSRS, did you also install the Report Pack that comes with Active Roles?
Here's the section of the documentation on reporting.
Suggest you give that a thorough read for a start.
