I'm currently working on integrating sap hana with One Identity Manager, and I’m encountering some challenges related to workflow optimization. Our setup involves connecting S/4 hana systems using the SAP R/3 connector within OneIM v8. While general user provisioning is efficient and completes in about 1-2 seconds, role membership provisioning is notably slower, taking around 1-2 minutes per log entry.
This delay is impacting our workflows significantly, especially during peak operations when role updates are frequent. I'm curious if anyone in the community has experienced similar performance issues with sap hana integrations, specifically related to role provisioning workflows. Are there any known optimizations, hotfixes, or best practices to streamline this process, either within the OneIM configuration or on the sap hana side?
Additionally, I'm exploring whether enhancements in the latest connector versions or alternative synchronization strategies might alleviate these issues. Insights into leveraging the sap hana database features for better performance would also be highly valuable.
