Personal Views Lost After Upgrade

It seems after every upgrade to Active Roles, personal views (or saved views) are lost.  Is there a way to prevent this, and ideally to recover them?

  • Personal Views are uniquely tied to both Users and the Web Interface Configuration. Depending on how your upgrade proceeds, the old Personal Views may not be associated with the new Web Interface configuration.

    Luckily, if you know the name of the old Web Interface configuration and the new one, there is a simple ActiveRolesConfiguration cmdlet to migrate them:
