ARS Freeze when creating new user

Hello,

first of all, sorry for my English.

When I try to create a user in Web ARS (or console), the window freezes at the last step when I click Finish.  I can see that the user is well created on Active Directory, but it seems that workflow is not totally applied.

I am using ARS 8.0.1. The software is installed on a server based on the cloud and the Active Directory is on premised. 

Last precision, this issue occurs in PROD environment whereas everything is fine in DEV.

    I have seen this sort of behaviour under the following conditions:

    1) A workflow is executing in the background right after the user creation and there is some aspect of it that is taking a long time

    2) There may be latency in the connection between the Administrative Service and its SQL database (or databases if you are running separate Configuration and Management History DBs)

    3) Relating to Management History, if you have a very large Management History DB (many years of history records) this can also slow down various actions performed through the Web UI
