How can I have migrator from Notes to Exchange process specific files and force a a specific output name?

My company is doing a special project now that it has completed the full migration from Notes to Exchange.

This project we are working on is for legal requested Lotus Notes mail files be converted to pst files.  The pst files will be placed onto a File server for the use of outside Law Firms to be able to view the files.

Most of the restores are for people no longer with the company and there are multiple restores for the different accounts.

So for Jill Smith there could be a Monthly restores from 2009 to the end of 2016 which would be about 100 files.   The file names I provide for each Lotus Notes instance would be the file name and the date of the restore.  So Jill Smith for Jan 2009 would be jsmith_01312009.nsf    Feb 2009 would be jsmith_02282009.nsf

When Quest is used, it's my understanding it will find all instances of the file, however there may be instances I don't want to be found and automatically converted.   I also understand that the resulting conversion file or files will be a generic name.  I think it uses the Mail File owner or maybe the title of the mail file.

There are 3 things I'd like to find a way to do:

1. Have the product find specific files, not do a global search

2. Have the output file be a specific name, and if there are multiple output files have it append to the specific file name the a number, such as 2, 3, or 4.

3. Understand what we need to do for files that there is no entry in the names.nsf.
