Cannot 'Configure Role Assignments' for Role Classes

I'm using D1IM V 7.1, I cannot see the task to configure the assignments for the role class.
Why this happen ? I refer the the technical documentation for V7.1, this option is available

just a silly suggestion... I had simmilar problem somwhere else...

Try to restore the default view layout... it helped in my case!
