CSV Connector Error

Hi,

I am trying to input values to UNSAccountB via csv connector sync editor.

Please find the below error, I have 5 row value in the csv and the error shows its empty.

Config file is located in the desktop.

Please advice why am not able to import the data.

It looks like it cannot find the config. Is that the correct path reletive to the server that is running your import? Does the account that your job server is running on have access to that file and directory?

Hi Geoge,

Both my csv and csvsys file are located on the desktop and Job server service account has full access.

This is because your synchronization server can't see the config file. Just change it from local path to network path in the Target system > Edit Connection .. option in the Sync Editor tool.

i.e.
From: C:\Users......
To: NETWORKPATHNAME\Users.....
