dbqueue processing is very slow

Hello, dbqueue is not getting empty. I'm seeing following messages in the db journal

- No GenprocID found in context, New GenProcID generated.

- STOP because all slots are dead.

- QBM_PDBQueueProcess_Del
1205 0 detected in (SRV=RSCD1SQLDV01, DB=D1IMDev) Procedure QBM_PDBQueueProcess_Del, Line 141205 0 Transaction (Process ID 65) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.

I initialized the sql agent jobs but it did not resolve the issue. What should I do?
