DGE - Remote Agents.

I'm trying to add Isilon device as managed host but I'm unable to select any host as remote agent server. Is special configuration must take place? I can install local agents on any windows box, but any windows box can not be selected

but I think it is not required in my case because customer has CIFS enabled configuration. I can add remote agent manually using power shell. But what is confusing me that in two different environments I'm unable to select agent from drop-down list when I want to configure Generic Host or Remote Windows host.
