MYSQL integration to sync account from mysql to D1IM7.1

Hi All,

 

I have installed and configured OrangeHRM system which is using mysql as backend database. I am trying to sync account from mysql to identity one. I have configured everything and see the schema as well for mysql using Native Database.

When I run execute then I am seeing below error

Could not load or assemble Mysql.Data. System cannot find the file specified.

 

I copied Mysql.Data.DLL file under windows, system32 and DELL/installation directory as well for job server and work station.

 

Please advise.

    Hi Dori,

    If the file MySQL.Data.Dll 'is' physically in the directory 'C:\Program Files\Dell\One Identity Manager' on the server running the job server service then it could be that the file is hidden or locked - I can't remember the exact correct term but I had a similar issue at one of my customers. Go to the file in the directory and right mouse click > Properties ..... if I'm right something interesting might show at the bottom of the Security tab or the Details tab.
