Allow to select only one group publish in ITShop (disable multiselection)

We've published Custom Target System groups to ITShop. For one of the CTS's we are allowed to choose only one group. We would like to implement it on selection stage so that if select first one the other bacame unavailable for request:

We've already edit dependecies but it's calculated at submitting shop cart stage.

    Maybe a product dependent editor, with an assignment resource, and your groups in a drop down there, will fit your use case better.
    But Carsten is right, you need to customize.
    Your scenario would be a performance killer, that's why the check is done in the shopping cart.
