Error when trying to create exchange mailbox on 2010

I am on version 6.1.2.13, on my dev environment and I keep getting this error when I try to create an exchange mailbox:

ErrorMessages = Error saving domain/SWIM Users/Exchange Test2010 [USER]: [810126] Active Directory user accounts: Error applying dynamic template for Proxy addresses on object domain/SWIM Users/Exchange Test2010 [USER].
[881122] The address 'smtp:etest2010@domain.net' is already contained in the list.

 

This was working at one point, not sure if someone else messed with it.

    Hi Jordonez

    This might be due to data issues in your database. HAve a look into the template on ADSAccount.ProxyAddresses to get an understanding how the values are built and check under which condition the error messages pops up. This would be the starting point of your investigation.
